Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone is one of the 9 most important border gate economic zones in Vietnam with a system of 2 international border gates, 1 bilateral border gate and 9 sub-border gates, which brings great advantages to Lang Son in terms of economic development in general and international trade in particular.
One of the important driving forces promoting the comprehensive development of Lang Son province is the formation of industrial park and cluster projects with a well-invested scale. By 2024, the whole province has 10 industrial clusters have established with a total area of about 418 hectares.

The Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster Project of Gia Dinh Northern Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company, under Gia Dinh Group, has possesses many “golden” values that are expected to contribute to the strong and sustainable development of the local socio-economy, thereby improving locals' lives.

According to the Decision No. 854/QD-UBND dated June 2, 2023 of the People's Committee of Lang Son province, Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster focuses on many industries, prioritizing the development of clean industry, advanced technology, and less environmental pollution. The industrial cluster is expected to attract the following industries: textile and garment, food, mechanical assembly, wood production, electronic component assembly, electronic circuit, and other non-polluting industrial service industries, etc.
It can be said that when Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster comes into operation, it will not only raise the level of the province's industry, but also attract many domestic and foreign enterprises to invest, thereby promoting the economic development of Lang Son province.
