Within the framework of the The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) 2026 Forum, Gia Dinh Group officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Anhui Provincial Business Association (China). This event marks a significant milestone in the establishment of the Anhui Factory Zone at Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster, Lang Son Province.
On May 28, 2026, the RCEP 2026 Forum officially took place in Huangshan City, Anhui Province, China. The event brought together many leaders, diplomatic representatives, international organizations, and numerous localities and businesses belonging to the RCEP bloc.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Vietnamese Ambassador to China, Pham Thanh Binh, emphasized that localities play a crucial role in maximizing the effectiveness of the RCEP Agreement, bringing practical benefits to the business community and the people.

At the conference, Gia Dinh Group has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Anhui Provincial Business Association. The ceremony was solemn, with the signing by representatives of the leadership of both sides: Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung – Chairman of Gia Dinh Group and Mr. Sheng Kai – Vice Chairman of the Anhui Provincial Business Association.

With a strategic vision to attract elite enterprises from Anhui Province to relocate and invest in Lang Son, the Anhui Industrial Park at Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster is envisioned to become a modern industrial ecosystem. The project will prioritize attracting high-quality FDI in the following sectors: high technology, green and clean industries, mechanical engineering, electronics, and logistics.
