Viettel Construction and Gia Dinh Group signed a cooperation agreement at Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster

In an effort to accelerate the implementation of the key project of Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster, on October 3, 2025, Gia Dinh Group, the project investor, and Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation (Viettel Construction) officially held a Contract Signing Ceremony for the construction of the first items, including the Executive Office Building, Welcome Gate and Security House.
The ceremony was attended by senior leaders from the two Groups, affirming their determination and strategic cooperation to build a modern and synchronous infrastructure for Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster.
Paving the way for industrial development in Lang Son
Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster, located in Cai Kinh and Huu Lung communes, Lang Son province, has a scale of 73.76 hectares and a total investment of VND 814 billion. This project is expected to become the core to attract investment in high technology, manufacturing and automation technology, contributing significantly to the economic restructuring, creating jobs for about 6,500 local workers when put into operation.
The signing of the contract for construction of basic items this time is the first important step in the construction phase, demonstrating the commitment of the Investor, Gia Dinh Group, to soon complete technical infrastructure and social infrastructure to be ready to welcome secondary investors.
The signed items, including the Executive Office Building, Welcome Gate and Security House, not only have architectural value, creating a spacious and modern appearance for the industrial cluster, but also serve as the management and operation center for the entire project.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hanh, General Director of Gia Dinh Group, emphasized: "We believe that with Viettel's experience and construction capacity, the initial items of Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster will be completed excellently, creating a solid foundation for the implementation of the next items. This cooperation is a testament to the spirit of companionship, resonating strength to jointly create meaningful projects for the development of the country."
The event of signing the construction contract between the two large corporations not only speeds up the progress of Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster but also opens up opportunities for long-term, comprehensive cooperation in developing industrial and technological infrastructure in other projects in the future.
Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster is expected to be put into operation in the first quarter of 2026.
