Mr. Nguyen Huu Hanh, General Director of Gia Dinh Group, Receives the Decision Approving the Investment Policy for the Gia Dinh Complex – Service – Commercial Housing and Villa Residential Project<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

On the afternoon of January 2, 2025, the Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee held a ceremony to present Decisions approving investment policies and Investment Registration Certificates for 23 projects across the province. One of the prominent projects in the field of urban infrastructure is the Gia Dinh Complex – Service – Commercial Housing and Villa Residential Project, invested in by Gia Dinh Housing Investment and Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Gia Dinh Group.<\/p>\n

The event was attended by Mr. Vo Van Minh – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; leaders of departments, agencies, local authorities, and businesses.<\/p>\n

Gia Dinh Group Joint Stock Company (Gia Dinh Group) was represented by Mr. Nguyen Huu Hanh – General Director of the Group.<\/p>\n

The Gia Dinh Complex – Service – Commercial Housing and Villa Residential Project is located in Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province. Accordingly, Thuan An City has had its master urban planning project approved for adjustment, with the goal of developing Thuan An into a Class I urban area by 2040.<\/p>\n

Mr. Nguyen Huu Hanh – General Director of Gia Dinh Group, shared that the main reason Gia Dinh chose Binh Duong Province as the investment location for its residential project is the province’s strong development potential, the provincial leadership’s vision, and its determination to improve the investment environment, creating favorable conditions for businesses to operate efficiently and sustainably, thereby contributing to the strong development of the province in particular and Vietnam in general.<\/p>\n

The Gia Dinh Complex – Service – Commercial Housing Project is located in An Phu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province. Covering a total area of approximately 8 hectares, the project includes semi-detached villas, commercial apartments, and social housing. With its convenient transportation location, close to the busiest economic center in Binh Duong, the Gia Dinh residential project is expected to offer strong potential for profitable business operations while meeting the housing needs of local residents, workers, employees, and foreign experts working at industrial parks in the area, helping people establish stable homes and livelihoods.<\/p>\n

Thuan An was recognized as a city in 2020 and has been identified as a large-scale service and industrial urban area in the southern part of the province. It also plays an important role in connecting the northern urban system with Ho Chi Minh City and serves as a key transportation hub. To achieve the goal of becoming a Class I urban area by 2040, Thuan An will develop numerous new works and projects to promote socio-economic development. Several prominent projects proposed by the province include the Saigon River embankment from Vinh Phu to the boundary of Thu Dau Mot; a new general hospital; investment in urban parks in Binh Hoa and Binh Chuan wards; and the railway route from An Binh Station to Bau Bang.
