Strategic Cooperation Signing Ceremony between Enterprises from Anhui Province and Enterprises from RCEP Member Countries

As part of the RCEP Local Governments and Sister Cities Cooperation Forum 2026, Gia Dinh Group officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Anhui Provincial Enterprise Association (China). The event marked an important milestone in the establishment of the An Huy Factory Complex at Ho Son Industrial Cluster (IC) 1 in Lang Son Province.

On May 28, 2026, the RCEP Local Governments and Sister Cities Cooperation Forum 2026 (Huangshan Forum) officially took place in Huangshan City, Anhui Province, China. The event brought together numerous senior leaders, diplomatic representatives, international organizations, as well as a large number of local authorities and enterprises from RCEP member countries.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vietnamese Ambassador to China Pham Thanh Binh emphasized that local governments play a key role in maximizing the effectiveness of the RCEP Agreement and delivering practical benefits to businesses and people.

Establishment of An Huy Factory Complex at Ho Son Industrial Cluster 1

At the conference, Gia Dinh Group conducted a strategic cooperation signing ceremony with the Anhui Provincial Enterprise Association. The ceremony was held in a formal setting, with the agreement signed by representatives of the two organizations’ leadership: Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung – Chairman of Gia Dinh Group, and Mr. Sheng Kai – Vice Chairman of the Anhui Provincial Enterprise Association.

This cooperation represents a strategic partnership between two organizations with strong capabilities. Gia Dinh Group is a leading and reputable company with extensive experience in infrastructure development, manufacturing, and supporting industries, while the Anhui Provincial Enterprise Association has outstanding strengths in attracting enterprises to invest in Vietnam.

With a strategic vision to attract leading enterprises from Anhui Province to relocate and invest in Lang Son, the An Huy Factory Complex at Ho Son Industrial Cluster 1 is envisioned as a modern industrial ecosystem. The project will prioritize attracting high-quality FDI in sectors including high technology, green and clean industries, mechanical engineering, electronics, and logistics.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Tran Thi Huong – Deputy General Director of Gia Dinh Group, said in an interview: “We are very honored to attend this dialogue and recognize the tremendous potential for expanding cooperation with Anhui Province. We look forward to receiving support from the Anhui Provincial Government and relevant leaders to encourage leading enterprises from China and Anhui to visit and explore our industrial parks in Vietnam, and together expand opportunities for development.
