Viettel Construction and Gia Dinh Group Sign a Cooperation Agreement for the Construction of Facilities at Ho Son Industrial Cluster 1

As part of efforts to accelerate the implementation of the key Ho Son Industrial Cluster (IC) 1 Project, on October 3, 2025, Gia Dinh Group, the project investor, and Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation (Viettel Construction) officially held a signing ceremony for the construction contract covering the project’s first facilities, including the Management Office, Entrance Gate, and Guardhouse.
The ceremony was attended by senior representatives from both groups, reaffirming their determination and strategic cooperation to develop modern and synchronized infrastructure for Ho Son Industrial Cluster 1.
Paving the Way for Industrial Development in Lang Son
Ho Son Industrial Cluster 1, located in Cai Kinh Commune and Huu Lung Commune, Lang Son Province, covers an area of 73.76 hectares with a total investment of VND 814 billion. The project is expected to become a key hub for attracting investment in high technology, manufacturing technology, and automation, making an important contribution to economic restructuring and creating employment opportunities for approximately 6,500 local workers once operational.
The signing of the construction contract for these basic facilities marks an important first step in the construction phase, demonstrating the commitment of the project investor, Gia Dinh Group, to completing the technical and social infrastructure as soon as possible and preparing the site to welcome secondary investors.
The contracted facilities, including the Management Office, Entrance Gate, and Guardhouse, not only provide architectural value by creating a modern and well-presented appearance for the industrial cluster, but also serve as the management and operational center for the entire project.
