Representatives of Gia Dinh Group and Winson Group Sign a Factory Lease Agreement at Ho Son Industrial Cluster 1

On the morning of September 15, 2025, Gia Dinh Group and Winson Group (Hong Kong) officially signed a factory lease agreement at Ho Son Industrial Cluster 1, marking the development of the first sportswear manufacturing plant in Lang Son Province.

At the signing ceremony, representatives of the two parties officially signed a factory lease agreement for plots CN 6.7 and CN 6.8, covering an area of approximately 1 hectare, within Ho Son Industrial Cluster 1, Lang Son Province. This project will provide a foundation for Winson Group to develop a high-end sportswear manufacturing plant in Vietnam, contributing to the development of the overall apparel supply chain while promoting the growth of the local industrial sector.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung, Chairman of Gia Dinh Group, expressed his sincere appreciation to Winson Group for its trust and for choosing Ho Son Industrial Cluster 1 as the foundation for its long-term development in Vietnam.

For its part, Winson Group expressed its expectations for long-term and sustainable cooperation between the two companies, while also expressing its appreciation for the enthusiastic support provided by Gia Dinh Group during the past period.

The first phase of Winson Group’s sportswear manufacturing plant at Ho Son Industrial Cluster 1 is expected to commence operations in the third quarter of 2026. This will mark a significant milestone in attracting a high-quality workforce and creating employment opportunities for local workers in the province.

Winson Group (Hong Kong) was established in 1977, with its main products including sportswear and high-quality underwear. The Group currently operates more than four factories in China and plans to expand its manufacturing operations in Vietnam in 2025.
